Today removed controller support as it wasn't marrying well with the game's code.
Also, the game starts in full screen and you have to press Alt+Enter in order to return to Windowed.
The game's keyboard controls are as follows:
A and D: Left and Right
S: Duck/Crawl
W: Stand Up
J: Shoot
K: Missiles
L: Jump
I: Alt Fire
H: Start Button
Escape: Exit Game
